FUME is looking for a confident and disciplined full-time Telecaller / Telesales Executive to speak with warm leads, explain our health programs, handle objections, and follow up consistently until the prospect takes the next step.

This is a full-time work-from-home role for candidates who are comfortable with sales, targets, client communication, and regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make approximately 30–40 client calls per day

• Speak with warm leads who have already shown interest in FUME

• Explain FUME’s health programs and consultation process clearly

• Handle client questions and objections professionally

• Follow up consistently through calls and WhatsApp

• Work toward consultation, testing, and conversion targets

• Maintain accurate updates on calls and follow-ups

• Coordinate regularly with the team

• Attend training and review sessions when required

Requirements:

• Good spoken English and Hindi

• Confident, polite, and persuasive communication

• Comfortable with sales, targets, and repeated follow-ups





• Able to handle rejection professionally and continue calling consistently

• Full-time availability is required

• Candidates attending regular full-day college are not suitable for this role

• Must have a smartphone, reliable internet connection, and personal mobile number

• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply

• Previous telecalling, telesales, counselling, customer handling, or lead follow-up experience is an advantage
