About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Unisex Hairdresser / Hair Stylist to join our salon team. The ideal candidate should be confident in providing professional hair services for both men and women, have strong technical skills, and be passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.

- Key ResponsibilitiesProvide professional hair services for men and women.
- Perform haircuts, styling, blow-drying, hair spa, smoothening, straightening, and other hair treatments.
- Perform hair coloring, global color, highlights, balayage, root touch-ups, and basic color corrections.
- Conduct hair and scalp consultations and recommend suitable services and products.
- Understand client requirements and provide personalized recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and salon safety.
- Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits.
- Upsell appropriate salon services and professional hair-care products.
- Stay updated with current hairstyles, coloring techniques, and industry trends.




- Maintain tools and workstations in clean and professional condition.
- Work cooperatively with other salon team members.
- Requirements2–5 years of professional salon experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of men's and women's hair services.
- Good haircutting and styling skills.
- Experience with hair coloring and chemical services preferred.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Professional, punctual, and well-groomed.
- Ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable services.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and participate in salon training.
- Candidates with experience in a branded or premium salon will be preferred.
