Job Title: Visa Counsellor / Study & Tourist Visa ExpertJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and client-focused Visa Counsellor to guide applicants through the visa application process for overseas education, travel, or work. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of visa documentation, eligibility guidelines, and filing processes for major destinations (such as Canada, UK, Australia, USA, Europe, etc.).

- Key ResponsibilitiesClient Consultation: Counsel clients on visa requirements, eligibility criteria, documentation, and procedures for study, tourist, Visitor visas.
- Document Verification: Evaluate applicant profiles, verify financial and academic documents, and ensure compliance with target country immigration policies.
- Application Processing: Prepare, review, and lodge error-free visa applications online or offline in a timely manner.
- SOP & LOR Assistance: Guide students/applicants on drafting compelling Statements of Purpose (SOP), letters of recommendation, and personal statements.
- Client Follow-ups: Maintain regular communication with clients regarding status updates, document pending list,



and embassy interview schedules.
- Interview Preparation: Conduct mock visa interviews and guide candidates on answering embassy questions confidently.
- Policy Compliance: Stay updated with the latest changes in international visa regulations, immigration policies, and embassy rules.

- Key Requirements :
- Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience as a Visa Counsellor, Filing Officer, or Overseas Education Consultant.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of visa filing portals, VFS procedures, document checklists, and embassy guidelines.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong persuasion, active listening, and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
