Telecaller – SS Overseas

About the Role

SS Overseas is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our services, and maintaining regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

- Explain company services clearly and professionally.

- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.

- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.

- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

- Convert interested leads into customers.

- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

- Coordinate with the sales and operations team when required.

- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain a positive relationship.

- Ensure timely follow-up with all assigned leads.

Requirements





- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable communicating in English and Hindi.

- Confident and comfortable making outbound calls.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.

- Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced setting.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Candidates comfortable with US/night shifts will be preferred.

- Immediate joiners are preferred.
