Accountant – Job Description

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 2 years

- Job ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and records.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and bank reconciliation statements.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other accounting-related documentation.
- Prepare regular financial and accounting reports.
- Maintain proper records of expenses, payments, and receipts.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, banks, and internal teams.
- Assist with monthly and yearly account closing.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting activities.
- RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience as an Accountant.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
- Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS will be preferred.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- B.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.
