JD FOR THE POST OF RECRUITER (SECURITY GUARDS)

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Manpower Recruiter focused exclusively on security guard recruitment. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of recruitment experience, with solid expertise in social media handling, job posting, and creating recruitment ads across multiple platforms and groups. This role is exclusively focused on hiring security guards to meet company requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Post security guards vacancies on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and other social media platforms.

· Coordinate and participate in Rojgar Mela/Job fairs.

· Visit Rural areas and local communities to source potential candidates.

· Conduct candidates sourcing and initial screening, explain job requirements, salary duty, location and working conditions to the candidates.

ELIGIBILITY

· Minimum 1 years of experience in recruitment, specifically for security guards.
