Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Collections, preferably in NBFC/Banking/Financial Services.
- Prior experience in handling a collection team is preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and collection MIS.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred.
