Job Overview:

Seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Housekeeper to join the hospitality team. The primary responsibility is to maintain a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the guest rooms and common areas of the hotel, ensuring an exceptional experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and look after guest rooms according to established hotel standards, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, replenishing towels, toiletries, and other guest amenities.
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Handle guest requests promptly and politely, ensuring a welcoming environment.




- Maintain organization and cleanliness of housekeeping carts and storage closets.
- Adhere to all safety, security, and chemical handling procedures.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is preferred but not required.
- Solid attention to detail and physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under minimal supervision.
- Excellent time-management skills to complete assigned rooms within specified timeframes.
- Good communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with guests and team members.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
