Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and target-oriented Collection Executive for our Bijnor location. The candidate will be responsible for customer visits, payment follow-ups, collection of outstanding amounts, and maintaining good customer relationships.

- Roles & ResponsibilitiesVisit customers regularly for payment and collection follow-ups.
- Collect EMI/outstanding payments from customers as per company guidelines.
- Maintain proper records of collections and customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending and overdue payments.
- Handle customer queries related to payments and due amounts.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding collection status.
- Submit daily field visit and collection reports.




- Achieve assigned collection targets.
- Ensure timely and accurate updating of collection-related information.
- RequirementsQualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Experience: Fresher to Experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in the field.
- Target-oriented and responsible attitude.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Candidates from Bijnor and nearby areas will be preferred.
