· Experience in Narrow Woven Fabrics Tape, Elastic Tape, Braiding, Textile or similar manufacturing will be preferred.

5. Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily production activities
- Allocate machines and manpower according to production requirements
- Monitor production targets, output and efficiency
- Ensure production is completed as per quality standards
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team
- Check raw material availability and reduce material wastage
- Maintain daily production records and reports
- Control rejection, rework and production losses
- Manage operators and workers on the production floor
- Ensure proper implementation of 5S, safety and discipline
- Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Maintenance and Planning departments
- Prepare daily/monthly production reports
- Identify production problems and take corrective action
- Ensure production is completed according to the planned schedule
