Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and proactive Outreach Executive to join our team. In this role, you will build robust relationships with doctors, engage with residential communities, and promote our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field Engagement: Visit doctors, clinics, and residential apartments to introduce our services to acquire more clients.
- Camp Organization: Plan, coordinate, and execute community health camps and wellness awareness drives.
- Client Communication: Connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and explain services clearly.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Bangla with clear, persuasive communication skills. Basic English (reading & speaking) required.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
Experience: Prior experience in field sales, medical representation, or event/camp management is a plus.
