Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Conversion

● Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram and other channels.

● Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/packages.

● Explain PPF, ceramic coating, detailing, wrapping, accessories and other services to customers.

● Prepare quotations and negotiate professionally with customers.

● Follow up consistently with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.

● Conduct showroom visits and provide skilled customer consultations.

● Maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.

Business Development

● Generate new leads through corporate tie-ups, dealerships, car clubs, societies, referrals and local businesses.

● Identify new business opportunities and potential customer segments.

● Develop partnerships with automobile dealers, used-car dealers,



luxury car owners, corporate clients and fleet operators.

● Participate in promotional activities, events and networking opportunities.

● Actively contribute ideas to increase Aura Customs’ sales and customer base.

Sales Operations

● Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, quotations and conversions.

● Update CRM/Google Sheets regularly.

● Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

● Track pending follow-ups and ensure no genuine lead is missed.

● Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth customer handover after booking.

● Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management.
