Shri Bajrang Enterprises is engaged in the Corporate Gifting and Advertising Solutions business, providing customized gifting products, promotional merchandise, branding materials, and advertising solutions to corporate clients, businesses, institutions, and organizations.

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team and help expand our customer base and business.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate recent business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, references, online leads, and networking.
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients, companies, institutions, schools, dealers, and organizations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable corporate gifting and advertising products.
- Prepare and share quotations, product details, proposals, and pricing with customers.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
- Coordinate with the internal team for product customization, pricing, production, dispatch, and delivery.
- Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by management.
- Maintain proper records of leads, customer interactions, quotations, follow-ups, and orders.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new customers, products, and business opportunities.
- Handle customer queries and ensure a smooth customer experience from enquiry to order completion.




- Maintain regular follow-up with clients for payments and pending orders when required.
- Candidate RequirementsMinimum qualification: Graduate.
- Candidates with experience in sales, corporate gifting, advertising, promotional products, B2B sales, or business development will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with calling and client meetings.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, Email, and Internet.
- Ability to maintain professional relationships with customers.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings when required.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) The selected candidate will primarily be evaluated on:

- Monthly sales achievement
- New customer acquisition
- Lead conversion rate
- Number of client meetings and follow-ups
- Repeat business from existing customers
- Collection/payment follow-up
- Overall customer satisfaction

Salary & IncentivesFixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Performance Incentive: Up to ₹4,000 per month, based on achievement of assigned performance/sales targets.

The incentive will be linked to individual performance and achievement of monthly targets.
