About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Immigration Consultant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling clients regarding overseas work, immigration and visa opportunities and converting enquiries into successful applications.

- Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel clients regarding overseas work visas, immigration and visa processes.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable countries and visa options.
- Handle leads received through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins and online enquiries.
- Explain visa procedures, documentation, timelines and service charges clearly.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the process.
- Coordinate with internal processing teams for documentation and application updates.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and client status.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Build strong and professional relationships with clients.
- RequirementsPrevious experience in immigration, visa consultancy, overseas education or international recruitment is preferred.
- Strong communication and counselling skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable making calls and following up with leads.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM and WhatsApp communication.
- Freshers with robust communication and sales skills may also be considered.
