Zordr is hiring — Campus Operations & Growth Executive

Zordr is building the digital operating layer for college campuses, helping students order food digitally while helping canteens and vendors manage orders, payments and operations.

We are expanding across colleges in Hyderabad and are looking for an ambitious, highly driven person to join us as a Campus Operations & Growth Executive.

This is not a conventional sales job.

You will own the complete journey of a Zordr campus:

Acquire → Launch → Stabilize → Grow

What you will do:

• Identify and approach colleges, canteens and vendors

• Meet college management and decision-makers

• Present Zordr and close campus partnerships

• Coordinate the complete onboarding process

• Collect menus, pricing and operational requirements

• Coordinate hardware/device deployment

• Train cashiers and vendor staff

• Conduct test orders and support go-live

• Monitor orders, payments, devices and operational issues

• Work with the Zordr team to resolve problems quickly

• Build relationships with college management and vendors

• Drive student adoption and campus growth

• Work with student communities and campus influencers

• Track orders, GMV, failures,



retention and other business metrics

What we're looking for:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable speaking with college management, vendors and students

• Willingness to travel across Hyderabad

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment

• Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset

• Positive follow-up and execution discipline

• Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge

• Ability to work independently and take responsibility

Freshers are welcome.

Prior experience in sales, business development, field operations, startups or campus leadership is a plus, but not mandatory.

Compensation:

₹18,000 fixed salary

- ₹2,500 field/travel allowance
- ₹500 mobile allowance
- performance incentives up to ₹7,500/month

Target earning: ₹28,500/month

Location: Hyderabad
