- Customer loan documents collect aur verify karna.
- Loan applications ki data entry aur processing.
- Bank/NBFC portals par loan files login karna.
- Application status check aur update karna.
- Customer documents ki proper filing aur record maintain karna.
- Excel/MIS mein daily data update karna.
- Bank/NBFC team ke saath coordination karna.
- Pending documents aur cases ka follow-up karna.

Calling – 30%

- Customers ko personal loan ke regarding calling karna.
- Loan requirement aur basic eligibility understand karna.
- Interested customers se required information lena.
- Customer queries ka basic response dena.
- Interested leads ko आगे processing ke liye coordinate karna.
- Follow-up calls karna aur lead status update karna.
- Required SkillsGood communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Fresher aur experienced candidates dono apply kar sakte hain.
- Loan/Banking experience preferred.
