Job RoleWe are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive who can generate sales through calling, follow up enquiries, develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.

The candidate should be confident in speaking with dealers, distributors, retailers, builders and contractors and converting enquiries into orders.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential dealers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, builders and contractors.
- Call leads received from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Justdial, Meta/Facebook/Instagram ads, website enquiries and other marketing campaigns.
- Contact customers from the company's existing database.
- Introduce Austro Pipes products and explain product features, pricing, margins and availability.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Share price lists, catalogues, quotations and product details through WhatsApp and email.




- Follow up consistently with enquiries until the customer gives a transparent buying decision.
- Convert qualified leads into orders.
- Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders.
- Contact inactive customers and try to reactivate them.
- Generate new dealer and distributor opportunities in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
- Coordinate with the sales, dispatch and accounts teams regarding orders, payments and deliveries.
- Maintain proper records of all calls, enquiries, follow-ups and customer responses in CRM/Excel.
- Schedule follow-up calls and ensure no genuine enquiry is missed.
- Collect information such as customer name, company/shop name, city, customer type and products required.
- Understand reasons for lost orders such as price, competition, credit requirement, availability or delayed follow-up.
- Provide daily and weekly sales reports to management.
