2. Recruit for BFSI roles such as Relationship Manager, Branch Manager, Credit Manager, Loan Officer, Sales Officer, Financial Analyst, Insurance Advisor, and Operations Executive.
3. Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
4. Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers/clients.
5. Manage candidate follow-ups, interview feedback, offers, and joining.
6. Maintain recruitment trackers and build a robust BFSI candidate pipeline.
