Looking for a experienced person who can Installation & perform Commissioning .
- Install, configure, and commission POS systems, barcode scanners, printers, and related peripherals.
- Conduct site testing and ensure proper system functioning.
- Install and commission EAS (Electronic Article Surveillance) antennas systems.
Service & Maintenance Attend customer complaints and service calls promptly.
- Diagnose and rectify EAS antenna, POS hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine system checks.
- Replace faulty components and coordinate for spare parts when required.
Troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot EAS antenna alarms, detection issues, false alarms, and system connectivity.
- Troubleshoot POS issues related to scanners, billing machines, receipt printers, cash drawers, and network connectivity.
- Identify recurring problems and recommend corrective solutions.
