Roles & Responsibilities – Sales Trainee
- Identify and approach current corporate/B2B customers.
- Generate leads through calls, references, field visits and market research.
- Visit corporate clients and understand their cleaning, hygiene and facility-management requirements.
- Explain Diversey products and solutions to customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on leads and support the sales process.
- Coordinate with internal teams for orders, product demonstrations and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly sales and business-development targets.
- Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain regular follow-up and update customer/lead details.
