Site Engineer – CivilLocation: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Experience: 3–6 Years

Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month

Job Description:

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and clients.
- Check measurements, material requirements, and quality of construction work.
- Prepare daily site reports, work progress reports, measurements, and documentation.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and site productivity.
- Ensure proper execution of civil works including RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned teams to resolve them.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.




- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Track project progress and report delays or technical issues to the Project Manager.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure work meets required quality standards.

Required Skills:

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 3–6 years of relevant site experience.
- Good knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings.
- Knowledge of quantity estimation and measurements.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to manage contractors and site workers.
- Willingness to work at construction/project sites.
