We are looking for a Telecaller Executive with positive communication skills and a positive attitude. The candidate will be responsible for making calls, communicating with customers, and supporting the team in day-to-day telecalling activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers.
- Explain products/services and respond to basic queries.
- Follow up with leads and maintain call records.
- Coordinate with the team for further requirements.
- Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.
