We are hiring 3 Generation Operators at Spark Biogas Pvt Ltd, our Compressed Biogas (CBG) plant in Sholinganallur. You will run the digester and biogas generation section in rotating shifts so the plant runs smoothly and safely 24x7. A valuable chance to build a career in the growing clean-energy sector.
Responsibilities
- Run the digester and biogas generation system as per SOPs and shift instructions
- Monitor and record pressure, temperature, level, pH and gas flow readings
- Operate pumps, agitators, valves and feeding systems
- Spot abnormal conditions (gas leak, pressure change, pump trip) and act or report quickly
- Follow gas safety rules, PPE and permit-to-work at all times
- Maintain shift logbook and give a clear handover to the next shift
Qualifications
- ITI (Fitter / Electrician / relevant trade)
OR Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical) OR BE / B.Tech
- Plus: experience in a biogas plant, STP/ETP, process plant or boiler operation
- Basic knowledge of pumps, valves and instruments (pressure/temperature gauges)
- Must be willing to work rotating shifts, including nights
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates both welcome.

English/Tamil: Basic English; Tamil fine.
