Your Role

- Find businesses that need digital marketing or website services

- Pitch our services and understand client requirements

- Negotiate and close the deal

- Hand over the project to our team. We do the complete execution and delivery.

You can close deals through calls, video meetings or in-person meetings, whatever works for you. Work from anywhere. What matters is closed deals.

What You Get

? Commission:



10% to 20% (depending on project type and size) on our agency fees for every closed and paid project (not applicable on ad spend paid to Meta/Google)

? Payout: Within 10 days of client payment

? Recurring commission on monthly retainer clients, for as long as the client stays with us

? Support: Portfolio, pricing sheet and proposal templates from our team

? Long-term partnership opportunity

? International & Domestic projects

Who Should Apply

✅ You have experience in sales or deal closing (any industry)

✅ You have a business network or know how to find clients

✅ You are comfortable working on a commission-only model

Who Should NOT Apply

❌ If you are looking for a fixed salary job

Key: This is a commission-only role. There is no fixed salary. Commission is paid only on closed deals where the client has made the payment.
