Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and proactive HSE Officer to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards at our plant/site. The candidate will be responsible for implementing safety procedures, conducting inspections, and promoting a strong safety culture among employees and workers.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and monitor Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and procedures at the plant/site.

Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and workplace audits.

Ensure proper use of PPE by employees, workers, drivers, and contractors.

Conduct toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness sessions.

Monitor compliance with applicable safety and environmental regulations.

Identify unsafe acts/conditions and take corrective and preventive actions.

Maintain HSE records, checklists, reports, and documentation.

Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases and prepare reports.





Ensure proper fire safety, emergency preparedness, and first-aid arrangements.

Coordinate with plant/site teams and contractors for safety compliance.

Monitor housekeeping and safe working practices at the workplace.

Support management in implementing continuous safety improvements.

Perform any other HSE-related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of industrial/site safety practices.

Knowledge of PPE, risk assessment, fire safety, and emergency procedures.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to conduct safety training and toolbox meetings.

Positive documentation and reporting skills.

Ability to work independently and coordinate with site/plant teams.

Preferred Candidate

2–3 years of relevant HSE experience, preferably in RMC, construction, manufacturing, or infrastructure.

B.Sc. + ADIS (MSBTE) qualification.

Candidates who can join at the earliest will be preferred.
