About the RoleThe Organic World is looking for energetic and customer-focused Retail Staff to support daily store operations and deliver an excellent shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in retail stores, supermarkets, grocery stores, or FMCG outlets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and assist them with product selection.
- Ensure merchandise is displayed neatly and shelves are fully stocked.
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle billing, POS transactions, and cash management.
- Monitor inventory and report stock shortages to the Store Manager.
- Support receiving, unloading, and arranging store merchandise.
- Ensure proper product rotation and freshness standards.




- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Follow company SOPs, hygiene, and safety guidelines.
- RequirementsMinimum 1 year of retail, supermarket, or grocery store experience.
- Good communication skills in Kannada and basic English.
- Customer-centric attitude and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS operations is preferred.
