We're growing our Inbound Customer Experience & Sales team, and we want smart, energetic people who love talking to people, enjoy solving problems, and get a kick out of closing a great deal.

What you'll be doing

You'll be the voice of BestOfBharat on phone, chat and email: the first person a customer talks to and often the reason they buy.

- Connect with customers who are already interested in us, and guide them from "just browsing" to "I'll take it!"
- Become the go-to expert on our products, from art prints and wallpapers to acoustic panels and sculptures
- Ask the right questions to understand what each customer really wants for their space, and help them find the perfect fit
- Turn doubts into confidence and complaints into loyal customers who come back again
- Work closely with our senior team and other departments to solve bigger or trickier requests




- Keep our customer records accurate and up to date so no lead falls through the cracks
- Process orders smoothly and correctly, every single time
- Track your calls, conversations and sales, and spot insights that help the whole team sell better
- Chase your targets with energy, and go the extra mile to make every customer's experience memorable
