- Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
- Introduce the company and provide basic information about our automotive products.
- Understand customer requirements, business type, and monthly product requirements.
- Qualify leads based on their requirements and purchase potential.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information.
- Follow up with interested customers at the scheduled time.
- Share qualified leads with the sales team for further discussion.
- Maintain daily call records and update lead status.




- RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Hindi; basic English communication is preferred.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer handling, or lead generation is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

ImportantThis position is primarily focused on lead generation, lead qualification, and customer follow-up. Final sales closing will be handled by the sales team.
