Basic knowledge of civil construction and interior execution.
Good understanding of construction materials and site processes.
Ability to read and understand 2D drawings, layouts, and working drawings.
Knowledge of measurements and quantity calculations.
Good coordination and team-management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with workers, vendors, clients, and management.
Positive problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
Knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining site reports is preferred.
Willingness to travel to different project sites in Bangalore.
