Responsibilities:

- Supervise and monitor site execution and construction activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and project teams.
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, and daily activities.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues.
- Prepare daily site reports and maintain project documentation.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed at the site.

Requirements:

- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 6 months – 5 years of relevant site experience.
- Knowledge of civil/interior fit-out works and site execution.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to read drawings and understand measurements.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
