The HR Manager will manage end-to-end HR operations, including employee attendance, payroll and salary processing, advances, deductions, overtime, incentives, leave records, and employee documentation. The role will support management in recruitment, interviews, onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and employee exits. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate employee records, handling grievances and disciplinary matters, monitoring workforce requirements, and ensuring timely HR reporting. The HR Manager will also coordinate statutory and government compliances, including PF, ESI, labour laws, registrations, returns, inspections, and other applicable requirements, while ensuring company HR policies and procedures are properly implemented.
