Nurse – Job Description

About the Role

Classia Health is looking for a compassionate, skilled, and patient-focused Nurse to support our metabolic health, longevity, preventive healthcare, and wellness programs. The Nurse will play a key role in monitoring members, assisting doctors, conducting basic health assessments, maintaining medical records, and ensuring a safe and comfortable workplace for all members.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care & Monitoring

- Record and monitor vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiratory rate, SpO₂, and blood glucose.
- Assist in health assessments and routine clinical examinations.
- Monitor members during wellness and metabolic reset programs.
- Identify abnormal findings and immediately escalate to the attending doctor.
- Provide first aid and emergency support when required.

Clinical Procedures

- Collect blood, urine, and other samples for laboratory investigations.
- Administer medications as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist doctors during consultations and procedures.
- Maintain infection control and hygiene standards.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines and medical supplies.

Diagnostic & Preventive Health Support

- Perform ECG recordings and basic patient preparation.
- Assist in body composition analysis, anthropometric measurements, and health screenings.
- Support preventive health checkups and wellness assessments.
- Educate members on lifestyle modifications, medication adherence, and follow-up care.

Documentation & Records

- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Update electronic medical records (EMR) and health monitoring systems.




- Ensure confidentiality of patient information.
- Prepare daily nursing and clinical reports.

Member Experience

- Provide compassionate and professional care to members.
- Address member concerns and coordinate with doctors and care teams.
- Support health education sessions and wellness programs.
- Ensure a comfortable and positive experience for all members.

Inventory & Compliance

- Maintain nursing station inventory and medical consumables.
- Monitor expiry dates of medicines and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational protocols.
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

Qualification

- B.Sc Nursing / GNM Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing Registration Certificate.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
- ACLS certification will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 1–5 years of nursing experience in hospitals, clinics, wellness centers, or healthcare facilities.
- Freshers with strong clinical knowledge may also apply.

Required Skills

- Excellent patient care and communication skills.
- Knowledge of vital signs monitoring and clinical procedures.
- Basic computer and EMR documentation skills.
- Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently.
- Team-oriented and patient-centric approach.

Salary
