Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Manager to oversee day-to-day production activities, manage the production team, ensure timely delivery of orders, and maintain quality standards across printing related production work.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets and delivery timelines are achieved.
- Manage and supervise production staff and allocate work efficiently.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Design, and Dispatch teams.
- Monitor production quality and ensure products meet company standards.
- Track raw materials, production requirements, and material availability.
- Identify production delays, quality issues, and operational problems and take corrective action.
- Ensure machines, tools, and equipment are properly maintained.
- Monitor wastage and control production costs.
- Maintain daily production reports and update management on production status.




- Ensure proper packaging and timely dispatch of completed orders.
- Train and guide production team members when required.
- Ensure workplace safety, discipline, and proper housekeeping within the production area.
- Required SkillsStrong production planning and team-management skills.
- Good knowledge of printing, signage, fabrication, packaging, or corporate gifting production.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and meet strict deadlines.
- Valuable problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
- Ability to handle vendors and production-related follow-ups.
- PreferredExperience in printing and manufacturing.
- Experience handling a production team.
- Knowledge of production costing, material planning, and quality control.

Qualification PUC and Above / Diploma with relevant production experience.
