SALES EXECUTIVE – JEWELLERY INDUSTRY

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive with hands-on experience in the jewellery industry and a solid understanding of jewellery products. The ideal candidate should be confident in dealing with customers, have excellent communication skills, and possess good product knowledge across gold, diamonds, gemstones, and other jewellery categories.

- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist customers in selecting jewellery based on their requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Explain product details, designs, quality, pricing, and specifications to customers.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of gold, diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, and jewellery products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent in-store service.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to generate repeat business.
- Maintain knowledge of current jewellery trends, designs, and market developments.
- Support visual merchandising, product presentation, and showroom activities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.




- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in the jewellery industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of gold, diamonds, gemstones, and jewellery products.
- Good understanding of jewellery sales and customer handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in:
- Hindi
- English
- Kannada
- Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Target-oriented with a strong passion for sales.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced jewellery retail environment.
- Preferred SkillsExperience in a jewellery showroom or retail environment.
- Knowledge of diamond grading, gemstone varieties, gold purity, jewellery making, and hallmarking will be an advantage.
- Existing customer relationships/network within the jewellery industry will be an added advantage.
