Retail Sales Officer - Mia by Tanishq Store, Spectrum Mall Sector 75 / Central 50 Mall Sector 50, Noida. Full-Time.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers professionally; provide product information and recommendations.

- Assist with purchases, handle transactions and operate the cash register.

- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and attractive displays.

- Replenish stock, label and price merchandise.

- Assist with inventory management and stock control.

- Resolve customer complaints, escalating when necessary.

- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.

- Organize and participate in marketing activities in societies, colonies and commercial areas for store promotion.

Qualifications:

- Graduate or equivalent; further education in sales/marketing is a plus.





- 2-3 years of retail sales experience in a reputed brand.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Flexible to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.

- Passionate about jewelry and fashion.

Skills: robust customer service orientation; effective selling and negotiation; basic understanding of sales principles; proficiency in English (verbal and written); familiarity with cash registers and POS systems.
