Responsibilities:
· Communicating with customers to learn about their repair needs
· Working on cell phones and mobile devices from various brands, models and operating systems
· Troubleshooting devices to identify aspects of the programming that might need repairs
· Repairing complex parts of mobile devices, such as their wiring, control pads and programming
· Diagnose cell phone hardware and software issues.
· Test devices post-repair to ensure full functionality.
· Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used.
· Stay updated on the latest cell phone technologies and repair techniques.
Requirements:
· Experience – Min 2 years
· Fresher’s with valuable learning skills
· 10th,12th, Any degree
· Good Communication
