Job Description – Laundry Manager

Location: Pan India / South India

Experience: 7+ Years | Laundry / Hospitality / Commercial Laundry

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end laundry operations, including washing, drying, pressing, finishing, folding, and dispatch.
- Supervise and manage manpower, shifts, productivity, and daily workload.
- Ensure timely processing of Guest Laundry and maintain defined TAT.
- Manage laundry chemicals, machinery, and washing processes effectively.
- Ensure high standards of quality, hygiene, safety, and garment care.
- Monitor production, rewash, rejections, chemical consumption, and machine utilization.
- Handle client coordination and operational complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Train and guide the team on SOPs, safety, quality, and operational processes.
- Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and cost control.
- Required Skills7+ years of relevant laundry experience.
- Solid knowledge of laundry operations, chemicals, machinery, pressing, and Guest Laundry.
- Excellent team management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
