We are looking for a dedicated and energetic HR Recruiter to join our team and help drive our growing staffing and recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Coordinate and conduct initial telephonic or face-to-face interviews.
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles from sourcing to onboarding.
Maintain candidate pipelines and follow up regularly to ensure seamless joining coordination.
Coordinate with clients/hiring managers to understand specific job requirements.
Requirements & Skills:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle volume hiring and meet targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment portals.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month
Incentives: Earn performance-based incentives ranging from ₹3,000 to ₹15,000 per month.
