1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
2. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
5. Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
6. Negotiate salary, benefits, and joining timelines with selected candidates.
7. Build a solid talent pipeline and ensure recruitment targets are achieved within the required timelines.
