JOB TITLE: QUALITY ASSURANCE / ENGINEER V1 dt 01 Oct 26

To ensure that products manufactured meet defined quality standards, customer requirements, drawings, specifications, and internal quality procedures through effective inspection, process control, documentation, and continuous improvement.

RESPONISIBILITES:

1. Incoming Quality Inspection

- Inspect incoming raw materials, components, and bought-out items as per specifications/drawings.
- Verify material certificates and inspection reports wherever applicable.
- Identify and report non-conforming materials.

1. In-Process Quality

- Conduct stage-wise inspection during production.
- Ensure critical dimensions, processes, and quality parameters are maintained.
- Coordinate with Production for immediate correction of quality issues.
- Ensure inspection checkpoints are followed as per approved procedures.

1. Final Inspection & Dispatch

- Conduct final inspection of completed products before dispatch.
- Verify dimensions, functionality, workmanship, and required quality parameters.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.

1. Non-Conformance & Corrective Action

- Identify, record, and monitor NCRs/non-conformities.
- Support root-cause analysis using 5 Why, Fishbone, or other appropriate tools.
- Coordinate with Production and other departments for corrective and preventive actions.
- Track CAPA implementation and effectiveness.

1. Quality Documentation

- Maintain inspection reports, check sheets, NCRs, CAPA records, calibration records, and other quality documents.
- Ensure proper traceability of inspection and quality records.
- Support preparation and updating of SOPs, work instructions, inspection standards, and checklists.

1. Customer Complaint & Feedback

- Support investigation of customer complaints related to product quality.
- Coordinate with concerned departments to identify root cause and corrective action.




- Maintain complaint and corrective-action records.

1. Process Improvement

- Identify recurring quality issues and suggest improvements.
- Participate in DSI/continuous improvement activities.
- Work closely with Production to reduce rejection, rework, and wastage.

1. Calibration & Measuring Instruments

- Monitor calibration status of measuring instruments.
- Ensure instruments used for inspection are within calibration validity.
- Maintain calibration records and coordinate for timely calibration.

1. Audit & Compliance

- Support internal, customer, and ISO audits.
- Ensure production quality practices comply with applicable ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
- Close audit observations/non-conformities within defined timelines.

10. Coordination

- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Design/Engineering, Service, and other departments on quality-related issues.
- Communicate quality concerns clearly and ensure timely closure.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· MUST HAVE:

o Diploma / BE / B.E. in Electrical / Electronics/ Production / Industrial Engineering or relevant qualification.

o 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing quality / production quality.

o Good understanding of engineering drawings and dimensional inspection.

o Problem solving skills.

o Electronic circuit designing skills

· Good coordination and communication skills.

· Ability to identify problems and follow them through to closure.
