Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp queries from customers

Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and qualified manner

Follow up with customers for feedback, renewals, and upselling opportunities

Maintain customer database and update CRM regularly

Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Technical) to ensure customer needs are met

Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer interactions and issues

Requirements:Graduation in any discipline1-4 years of experience in customer support / client servicing / relationship management

Excellent communication skills - Hindi & EnglishGood knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, WhatsApp & Email handling

Patient, empathetic, and problem-solving attitude

Ability to work under pressure
