We are hiring a Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers visiting our two-wheeler service center. You will receive vehicles, explain service needs, and coordinate with the workshop to ensure on-time, quality delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and receive vehicles for service
- Inspect the vehicle with the customer and note complaints on the job card
- Explain the work required, estimated cost and delivery time
- Coordinate with technicians and the workshop controller for job allocation
- Follow up on spare parts availability and ensure timely completion
- Inform customers of additional repairs and take approval before work
- Prepare estimates and invoices accurately
- Handle customer complaints politely and resolve them quickly
- Follow up with customers after delivery for feedback
- Promote Annual Maintenance Contracts, warranty and genuine parts
