EduBridge Learning is looking for a business leader who can own zonal performance across Academies and Paid Programs, including Staffing and Global Mobility. The incumbent will be responsibile for revenue, business development, operations, partnerships and team performance.

This is not a centre-operations-only role. The mandate combines revenue ownership, business development, multi-location execution and people leadership.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

- Zonal revenue, business and operational targets across Academies and paid programs.
- Academy performance across mobilization, enrollments, training delivery and placements.
- Growth of Staffing and Global Mobility business lines against defined targets.
- Zonal sales and business development plans across assigned programs.
- Relationships with colleges, institutions, corporates, employers and business partners.
- Recent-business pipeline development and learner/customer acquisition.
- Execution across training, placement and other program operations.
- Centre/Academy and business-team performance, productivity and accountability.
- Resource utilisation, performance reviews, corrective action, forecasting and business updates.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

- Achievement of zonal revenue and business targets.
- Achievement of Academy mobilization, enrollment,



training and placement targets.
- Achievement of Staffing and Global Mobility targets.
- Growth in institutional, corporate and business partnerships.
- Strong business pipeline across paid programs.
- Improved productivity and resource utilisation.
- Consistent performance across centres and teams.

WHO SHOULD APPLY

- 10–15 years of relevant experience in Education, Skilling, Training, Staffing, Workforce Solutions, Global Mobility or related businesses.
- Proven experience managing multiple centres, territories or regional business operations.
- Strong exposure to business development, sales and operational delivery.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and owning revenue/business targets.
- Strong commercial orientation and stakeholder-management capability.
- Graduate mandatory; MBA / PGDM preferred.
