Workday Reporting Consultant

Experience: 5–8 years of overall relevant Workday experience.

Location: Hyderabad, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai (Hybrid)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Workday Reporting Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Workday Reporting, dashboards, composite reports, calculated fields, and Prism Reporting. The consultant will be responsible for developing, troubleshooting, and supporting Workday reports in enterprise-scale implementation and production support environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain Workday custom reports, advanced reports, composite reports, and dashboards.
- Develop and support Workday Prism Analytics / Prism Reporting solutions.
- Work with calculated fields and understand how security impacts calculated field results.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex reporting issues by reviewing report logic, calculated fields, data sources, and security.
- Work with commonly used HCM reporting criteria, worker attributes, and business objects.
- Understand and work with Workday Security Domains and Business Processes.
- Support reporting requirements across various Workday HCM functions.




- Validate report outputs and ensure accuracy of data and reporting logic.
- Provide production support and resolve reporting-related incidents and requests within agreed timelines.
- Collaborate with functional, technical, security, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver reporting solutions.
- Support enterprise-scale Workday implementations, enhancements, and production support activities.
- Manage multiple reporting requests while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Mandatory Skills

- Robust hands-on experience in Workday Reporting.
- Experience with Advanced Reports, Composite Reports, and Dashboards.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Prism Reporting / Prism Analytics.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Calculated Fields.
- Good understanding of Workday HCM reporting criteria and worker attributes.
- Knowledge of Workday Security Domains and Business Processes.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience in Workday implementation and/or production support environments.
