Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Workday Tester with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Workday testing. The candidate should have strong experience in functional testing across multiple Workday modules, integration testing, business process testing, test planning, execution and defect management.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform functional testing across Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Learning, Time Off/Leave of Absence, Security, Compensation, Talent & Performance and Reports.
- Perform Workday Integration Testing and create test data for integrations with external products such as SailPoint, ADP, GlobalView, etc.
- Perform Workday Business Process Testing and Workday Extend Apps Testing.
- Analyze requirements and prepare detailed test plans, test cases and test scenarios.
- Execute test plans and document defects, test results and execution reports.
- Maintain Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) and ensure complete test coverage.
- Work with Jira, ALM or Quality Center for test management and defect tracking.
- Create QA test case templates, checklists and standard work documents for repetitive testing activities.




- Participate in daily project stand-ups and communicate testing progress, blockers and defects.
- Keep Jira/ALM updated with accurate testing status and defect information.
- Prioritize and execute testing activities across multiple Workday modules and projects.
- Follow data privacy and data security requirements during testing.
- Collaborate effectively with project teams and proactively identify and resolve testing issues.

Mandatory Skills
- Minimum 5 years of Workday Testing experience.
- Strong Workday Functional Testing experience.
- Experience in testing Core HCM, Recruiting, Learning, Time Off/Leave of Absence, Security, Compensation, Talent & Performance and Reports.
- Workday Integration Testing and test data creation.
- Workday Business Process Testing.
- Workday Extend Apps Testing.
- Requirements analysis and test plan creation.
- Test case preparation, execution and defect documentation.
- Requirement traceability and test reporting.
- Experience with Jira / ALM / Quality Center.
- Good communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Positive to Have: Experience with Kainos as a Workday automated testing tool.
