Description

Lead Oracle ERP implementation projects, gathering requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring successful integration and testing. Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot issues and resolve data integrity problems. Experience in billing or taxation domains, with expertise in Agile scrum methodology.

Responsibilities

- Lead workshops to map complex business processes into detailed functional design documents, user stories, and data flows.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design, test,



and troubleshoot integration workflows between Oracle ERP and legacy systems or external applications.
- Define functional test cases, conduct system integration testing (SIT), and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Perform root-cause analysis on underperforming implementations, audit data integrity, and resolve issues related to billing accuracy or application configuration.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 to 3 full-lifecycle Oracle ERP implementation or upgrade projects, often with 5+ years of relevant IT experience.
- Functional expertise in billing or taxation domains, often within the banking / financial services sectors.
- Experience executing projects on Agile scrum methodology.
