As a Workday Finance Associate you will support client needs by analyzing requirements, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for Workday finance applications. As an Associate you will contribute to project tasks, learn from varied engagements, adapt to changing priorities, and build your technical knowledge while delivering dependable work within our Digital Core Modernization practice and within our Workday practice. In this role at PwC, you will help clients improve financial reporting, streamline finance processes, and use Workday tools in ways that support day-to-day operations and broader business objectives.

Responsibilities

- Supporting Workday Finance client engagements by gathering requirements and translating them into system tasks
- Assisting in the configuration, testing, and validation of Workday Financial Management and reporting capabilities
- Analyzing financial processes and data to identify gaps, dependencies,



and opportunities for process improvement
- Preparing documentation, status updates, and functional materials for project teams and client stakeholders
- Participating in application support activities across finance transformation efforts and issue resolution efforts
- Learning and applying Workday finance tools, implementation methods, and technical standards across assigned tasks
- Contributing to training materials and user support for finance teams adopting current Workday functionality
- Collaborating across project tasks to support timely delivery, issue tracking, and quality of work

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant exp
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications in Financial Management, including Workday Financials, Accounting Center, Revenue Management, Expenses, or related finance platform credentials
- Demonstrating Workday Financials support across client engagements and project tasks
- Applying accounting, reporting, and finance process knowledge in Workday environments
- Gathering requirements, asking questions, and translating details into system tasks
- Adapting to changing priorities while delivering dependable work for teams
- Learning finance transformation concepts and using feedback to grow
- Using analytical thinking to interpret data and identify patterns
