Role Description The Working Capital Relationship Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Raipur. This role involves managing and growing a portfolio of working capital customers, including small, medium, and large businesses, by understanding their funding needs and offering appropriate banking solutions.

Key responsibilities include acquiring new clients, deepening relationships with existing customers, assessing creditworthiness, preparing credit proposals, and coordinating with internal credit and operations teams for timely approvals and disbursements. The role also requires regular client meetings, monitoring account performance, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines,



and identifying cross-selling opportunities for other bank products.

The Working Capital Relationship

Manager is expected to maintain high service standards, support risk management objectives, and contribute to business growth targets in the Raipur region.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of working capital finance, corporate banking products, and credit appraisal processes.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, cash flow assessment, and interpretation of balance sheets and income statements.
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and client service skills, with the ability to engage with business owners and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage portfolios, track performance, and ensure adherence to risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, along with sound documentation and report-writing abilities.
- Comfort with using banking systems, MS Office tools, and digital platforms for analysis, tracking, and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification (MBA/PGDM in Finance or Marketing) is an advantage.
- Prior experience in corporate or SME banking, especially in working capital or trade finance, is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple client requirements, and meet business targets ethically.
