Description

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of field service solutions using Salesforce Field Service Lightning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust field service applications and ensure best practices and governance standards are adhered to.

Responsibilities

- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Field Service Lightning FSL solutions
- Gather and analyze business requirements to translate them into functional Salesforce configurations
- Configure and optimize scheduling dispatch processes and mobile workforce solutions
- Manage service resource allocation skills and operating hours within Salesforce Field Service
- Conduct workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solution alignment




- Develop user stories functional specifications and support testing activities including SIT UAT and production deployment
- Drive adherence to Salesforce best practices security models and compliance standards
- Provide post-golive support and recommend operational enhancements for field service excellence
- Engage with senior stakeholders and lead offshore-onshore teams to ensure timely project delivery

Requirements

- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce Field Service
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams
- Robust understanding of Salesforce Field Service Lightning and its components
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
