Caseview.in is looking for a telecaller who can connect with our users in their own language.

What you'll do

- Call prospective and existing clients across Kerala
- Explain what Caseview.in does, clearly and patiently
- Follow up on leads, answer basic queries, and keep call records updated
- Pass on genuine customer feedback to the team

What we're looking for

- Fluent in Malayalam and English (speaking and listening — this is non-negotiable)
- Comfortable on the phone; polite, clear, and persistent without being pushy
- A quiet place to work, a decent smartphone/laptop, and a stable internet connection
- Prior telecalling / tele-sales / customer support experience is a plus, but freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome
